Worked directly with the CEO in pioneering the redevelopment of the entire Knox/Travis area adjacent to Highland Park.  Seibu has achieved accomplishments such as: The Best Redevelopment in the Nation Pillars of the Industry Award, two local architectural awards, the American Institute of Architecture Award, and spurred many new developments to revive this intercity suburb 100%.   Seibu Development Corporation changed their name to City Homes and has recently been purchased by Centex Corporation.

FINANCE 1986-1988, UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA.  Mr. Folsom is able to use not only his skills with building, roofing, and business, but with his training in the area of finance fully understands the financial frame-work within which a successful business must operate.  He brings these skills in finance into the area of budgeting a job, making an appropriate bid for the job, and maintaining financial responsibility during the development of each roofing/construction project.
